The Kintetsu Rail Pass links Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Mie and Nagoya across a five-day journey. It gives rail travel a central role in a trip through these areas, with scope to visit historical sites and move between cities rather than stay within a single destination.

Travel across the covered rail network

The pass includes unlimited rides on Kintetsu Railway and Iga Railway, plus designated cable cars in the specified areas. These different services extend your travel beyond one railway network, so the pass can support both journeys between cities and travel to locations of interest. Coverage applies to the designated routes and services; it does not mean unrestricted use of every transport service in the five regions.

Five consecutive days and facility benefits

Your travel allowance runs for five consecutive days, making this a continuous travel period rather than five separate days to spread across a longer stay. Special benefits at participating facilities are also included during the pass’s validity. Those perks sit alongside the transport allowance and can be used during your travels at the partnered facilities.

Limited express tickets and transfers

Limited express trains require a separate limited express train ticket in addition to this pass. That distinction matters when planning a journey using one of those services: the rail pass does not replace the additional ticket. Airport and city transfers are excluded, so this product should not be treated as a transfer service between an airport, accommodation or other city locations.

Digital delivery and access

The pass is delivered instantly and supports smartphone tickets. Wheelchair access is available. The digital format provides the ticket on your phone, while the travel entitlement remains tied to the covered railway and cable-car services and the consecutive validity period.
