Two days of travel around Osaka

The Osaka Metro 2-Day Metro + City Bus Pass covers unlimited rides on Osaka Metro lines and Osaka City Buses. It brings both forms of transport into one pass, so you can make repeated journeys around the city without buying a separate fare for each covered ride.

The two-day format gives you room to spread your sightseeing across more than one day. Use the metro and city buses to move between Osaka’s key areas, rather than building the whole visit around a single district. The unlimited-ride allowance also leaves you free to add another covered journey when your plans change.

Shopping districts, markets and parks

The pass supports visits to Osaka’s shopping districts, local markets, public parks and notable landmarks. These make different stops in a day’s itinerary: you can browse shops, spend time at a market, or break up your sightseeing with a park visit, using the covered transport to travel between areas.

Special discounts at more than 20 popular tourist attractions in Osaka City are also included. Treat these as reductions on attraction costs, not as admission tickets bundled into the transport pass. They are a separate benefit from the unlimited metro and bus travel.

Ticket delivery and redemption

This is a physical-ticket redemption product. Instant ticket delivery and smartphone-ticket support are available, allowing you to receive the ticket digitally on your phone before redeeming the physical pass. Keep that distinction in mind when arranging your first journey: digital delivery and physical redemption are separate parts of using this product.

The pass is listed as wheelchair accessible.

Where the pass does not apply

Hankyu, Kitakyu, Kintetsu and other private railway lines are excluded. Check the operator when planning a route; the pass’s Osaka Metro coverage does not extend to every railway service you may encounter in the city.

If you travel beyond the valid area, inform station staff at your destination and pay the required fare. Other personal expenses are also excluded, so keep a separate budget for purchases outside the pass benefits.
