The Kintetsu Rail Pass gives you two days of travel within and between Osaka, Nara, and Kyoto without needing a separate ticket for each covered journey. Use it to move between major points in Kansai and take local transport to historical sites within the pass area.

Rail, cable car and bus travel

The pass includes unlimited rides on Kintetsu railway services, cable cars and Nara Kotsu buses in specified areas. Its coverage extends beyond journeys between cities: the included local transport also supports travel within the covered areas. You can make multiple journeys during the valid period rather than use a fixed number of rides. The important boundary is the pass’s specified coverage; it is not an unrestricted ticket for every transport service in Osaka, Nara and Kyoto.

Two consecutive days and facility benefits

The two-day validity runs on consecutive days, so the travel period forms a single block rather than two separate days chosen independently. Special benefits at designated facilities are also included during that valid period. These add a facility-related benefit alongside the transport coverage, with eligibility tied to the same period in which you use the pass.

Digital delivery and accessibility

This is a digital pass with instant ticket delivery, and smartphone tickets are supported. You receive the ticket digitally rather than waiting for physical delivery. Wheelchair access is supported as well.

Services outside the pass

Airport and city transfers are excluded. Treat those services separately from the railway, cable car and bus journeys covered by the pass. Limited express travel also requires a separate limited express train ticket; the pass alone does not cover that requirement. For a journey on a limited express service, purchase the additional ticket before using that service.
