Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 Ambassador Transit Lounge gives you access to shower facilities and comfortable lounge chairs during your time at the airport. Freshen up, then take a seat rather than spending the whole interval on your feet. This lounge-access ticket brings together those facilities with food, drinks and quieter seated activities in one airport stop.

Buffet food, a noodle bar and snacks

Food is included with your lounge access: a free buffet, a noodle bar and unlimited snacks. The two meal services have different operating hours, so the time of your visit matters. The buffet is unavailable from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM, while the noodle bar opens from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. A late-night visit therefore does not include the same meal-service availability as a daytime visit. Snacks are a separate inclusion, giving you something to nibble on alongside the scheduled food services.

Hot, cold and welcome drinks

Unlimited hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks are included, so refreshments are not limited to a single serving. You also receive two welcome drinks in the form of house-pour alcoholic beverages, available to guests aged 18 and over. Alcohol is served from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM only. Those age and service-hour conditions apply to the alcoholic drinks; the unlimited non-alcoholic selection remains a distinct part of the ticket.

Wi-Fi and reading material

Wi-Fi access, newspapers and magazines give you alternatives for how to spend your lounge time. Use the connection for your own online activities, or settle down with one of the provided publications. These are included amenities rather than additional purchases, allowing you to move between screen time and reading while seated in the lounge.

Digital tickets and children’s access

Your ticket is delivered instantly and can be presented on a smartphone. Tax is included in the price. The adult rate applies to every guest aged two and above, including children; children under two receive free access. This age threshold is separate from the minimum age of 18 for alcoholic beverages, so a child’s paid admission does not include eligibility for the alcoholic welcome drinks.
